stained towel, dim light, dusty and mouldy room. This is not a place i would recommend at £45 for a room. The sheets were crumpled but seemingly clean. my towel looked old and was a white towel with yellow spatter stains upon it. I went downstairs between 3 and 5 pm and no staff were to be found, indeed the whole place was deserted. one light in the bathroom would time out coming off and on randomly - not enjoyable if you when on the toilet. the whole building was dimly lit and dingey saving grace was an enjoyable breakfast but let down again by the warm milk claiming to be hot chocolate and the peculiar presence of a litre jug of orange juice given to me as a solo diner.And the food was served on a chipped plate. yes there was parking. staff welcomed you but vanished after that point. I felt this hotel lacked any sense of pride as when i complained about the towel and dust and lighting the response was that "no-one has complained about the lighting before"

Shabby outdated decor. Very cold in conference room. Basic buffet no frills. I did not visit the sleeping accommodation so cannot comment on that

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Great shower. Value for money. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a fabulous Christmas Day lunch there with my family, have booked again for next year x

didnt stay but the function we attended was absolutely wanderful food was lovly and the staff were amazing hopefully next time will b able 2 stay bot overall fantastic all round
