This dealership is top class, they have a good selection of Vans and all the staff are excellent.
I have now got faith in Lookers that they have a Branch to that can be reliable and have hope to deal with them.

My Van is in for a leaking crankshaft seal. If they are as good as Thornaby I will be nice.   Update;  I'm collecting the van but you open at 09.00? A van garage should be open at 07.30 at least.

Brilliant customer service, friendly and helpful staff I used the Newcastle centre and dealt with Danny McCarthy who was extremely helpful and personable. There are a great range of vans to choose from at competitive prices, highly recommended.

Shocking Service , Absolutely disgusting customer service, no communication, collected vehicle with fault still present and chrged £550 for the privilege
