Excellent. I had forgot my appointment when I remembered on my way to work this morning. I had not arranged with a collegue to collect me expecting to walk to my work in Team Valley. Sarah Ramsey customer advisor was brilliant. She arranged a lift for me and later to collect me once my 3008 was ready for collection. Excellent service and friendly staff. Thank You

Went to service department within 1 hour before they shut and they still fit is in for a diagnosis, excellent efficient and friendly staff

Great company to deal with. Very good experience from start to finish. Extremely helpful staff - Steve from the Gateshead branch even taking time speak to me on his day off! Would have no hesitation recommending or buying from again.

Arrived 10 minutes before the time they'd booked me in then waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for them to change two headlight bulbs?? Given an option I would not use this place again, unfortunately my vehicle is leased so I have to take it wherever the lease company tell me!
