Used to be a good taxi company. A year ago they picked us up from the airport in the most rubbish run down vehicle - not as booked, shoved us all in the back - bags in the front. Wouldn't help with bags, dumped on drive - even though I couldn't walk and asked for help.

I had booked a taxi with this organisation for 3.30am to take my relatives to Heathrow airport. I waited until 3.50am and their taxi never arrived and I tried to call the office for an update but no one answered. This morning I have called to try and find out what happened to be told that their driver was there (not possible as I was outside my property) and they have tried to call but I did not answer (no missed calls were received). I asked them why they had not answered the phone when I tried to call and I was told to hold a moment then put through to their answer machine. Great customer service. This will be the first and last time I ever try to use their service. Very disappointed.

As a new resident to High Wycombe, I needed to find a reliable taxi/minicab service. Having tried a couple of local companies that were disappointing on punctuality and reliability, I came across Arrow Taxis. Exceptionally good service, always 5-10 min early on pick ups, friendly and safe drivers. Highly recommend Arrow Taxis.
