What a lovely place to stay. Such friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurant was excellent. Food was exceptional, just a little too much to finish. The staff made sure that our grandson was comfy & fussed over him. The room we had was extremely comfortable & all amenities were spot on. They also provided a bed, bowls & treats for our dog who they made so welcome. They were expecting us to take our dog with us at meal times & were surprised we didn't. Will definitely be back again.

Great pub. Good choice of beers & spirits with 12 flavours of gin. Extensive choice of meals on the bar and restaurant menus.

Attended a training session through work. I am awkward with food - a mixture of dietary preferences, allergies, and intolerances. I'm so used to just dealing with the IBS flares due to the intolerances in favour of just being able to eat something. They went above and beyond. I had gluten free/dairy free vegetarian sandwiches and two bowls of salad, and a fruit salad with dairy free ice cream. Thoroughly delicious! Very impressed indeed. Thank you, Longlands

We have enjoyed lovely food and very friendly service at Longlands and have had no hesitation in taking friends. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately feel let down after sending a query by email re bringing along a vegan member of our family after Christmas and enquiring as to whether or not they would be able to cater for her - no reply. What a shame, as we were so impressed with this Establishment.
