Pine lake is a beautiful place. We stayed at diamond resort for a week. It is right on the M6, so it is easy to travel to all touristic attractions from there. We got a new refurbished lodge, which was well designed with two bed rooms, two toilets, one kitchen, and a setting room. It is right on the lake so we enjoyed the lake view every morning. Watching the ducks swimming was epic. We used the swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, it was very relaxing. The staff are friendly and they answers the calls so quick. There is a small shop where you can buy all necessary Dairy products and other essentials. We highly enjoyed staying there.

Sadly white noise gave me a headache whenever I was in the room. I couldn't find where it was coming from - either the road or some water works I guess. The price is very reasonable but the interior is dated and heating not great. A window handle came off in my hand. It can be a long drive to reception if you're in the end lodges - a real pain if your keycard doesn't work, which happened twice. Very nice to be by the lake though. Beware the no refund policy. I am currently slogging through the legal process of getting a refund of the £200 I was charged to change the dates on my booking (this after the booking site and resort both denied responsibility for helping me change them). The government is not on the side of such policies, so always fight it if it happens.

best place relaxing, been here with my family and friends we're having a good memory here. nice pool, rooms foods and drinks. STAFF are good, very friendly.

Absolutely stunning place. So relaxing, lovely club and good entertainment. Really love staying here.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Lodge for a week and found it to have a well equipped kitchen. The setting was attractive overlooking the Lake but the trains were disturbing and the drone of the motorway noticeable when outdoors too. Inside the bathroom had a ridiculous sink and a poorly finished bath. Not what you would expect given the timeshare hype.
