Quirky little place, amazing for breakfast. I have the American Pancakes with bacon and syrup and they were great. Staff were very laid back and helpful. If you're in the area highly recommend you stop by for the breakfast or bunch menu! 5 Stars from me. They also offer Gluten Free options too!
Excellent breakfast. Coffee with refills, and nice friendly but not overbearing staff. Fantastic place to people watch in the morning.
Staff didn't acknowledge that us until we asked if it was table service, but that was the only issue. Went for breakfast, which was fantastic; the pancakes were perfect and the coffee was also great.
Very tasty cooked breakfast in the surroundings of an old record shop. The "jukebox" was an old record player with a fine selection of classic vinyl to sample while you enjoy your coffee.
Amazing place. Good atmosphere food is top notch loads of coffee and the music is what ever you want it to be the choice is yours
Great hot chocolate, friendly staff. No changing unit in the toilets, so it is a nogo with babies :
Unique cafe with a great breakfast for cheap! Great customer service.
Visited here for breakfast. It was busy, with most tables full, but we were able to find a table for three. The table hadn't been cleared but was cleared and cleaned when we sat down. We placed our order shortly after we sat down. The drinks arrived, and the coffee was excellent. Service was also good - the waitress was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately it then took an hour and 20 minutes for three breakfasts to arrive, after prompting. At least one table had already left by then, and suggested we do the same but we hung on. The wait wasn't really worth it... Generally it was pretty average. Pancakes with bacon were good, but really shouldn't have taken over an hour to make. We were given a round of free drinks to make up for the wait which was nice and appreciated, however we probably wouldn't return here.
Owner and staff are very friendly, amazing food and always playing great vinyls. EDIT: I think the previous owner has sold up to someone new and to be honest it's never been the same since. The menu has changed and just doesn't seem to have the same atmosphere. Dropping rating from 5* to 3* as those were two of the big things I enjoyed about the place.
Recommended for breakfast. I tried the 'Lumberjack', though I swapped out one of the sausages for some beans. All was really good especially the pancakes. Decent coffee too. Nice vibe, although it was quiet at 7.30am.
