Popped in to see someone today because of back pain and shoulder pain and i know its students. Initial consultation took a while but worth it. I had Ross and Luba. Amazing!!! Instant releif on my shoulder and back was alot better. Would recommend to anyone. They were both great and very friendly.
Consistently high quality treatment from a wide range of practitioners and students. Fantastic communication and aftercare with exercises demonstrated and suggested. Friendly, supportive Reception team, very well managed service, 100% recommended.
I was having back pain and a student called Hanna was very good and made very clear questions and observations. She also did a good job when I came, found the problem and did a good manipulation of the place. I came back after one week and had a consultation with Alister and he was also great! He and another student called Tobby were very nice and ready to tackle the problem and help me. I'm not in pain anymore! They also send you excercises to help on the recovery. Totally recommend.
Wow an amazing experience for me, as this was last resort for my shoulder and neck injury. I was seen by two students who listened attentively to my history notes of pain , I was overseen by their senior leader , who managed to apply a technique on me which has changed me since.! I Continue to go weekly as it is also value for money and worth every penny since then I see different students weekly they are well informed and apply great techniques but it hasn’t made a difference who I see it’s still worth it a great service Highly recommended
Highly recommended. These guys are awesome and very helpful with advice given to better my condition.
service from the training and qualified ostiopaths was very good. but the old skinny white women at the reception is very very rude and is a massive let down of this established. got given a appointment to see a lady that's been seeing me for my shoulder and got give a appointment three weeks later as she wasn't in until then so when I did arrive after three week after paying £9 parking and driving down over 10 miles tonget told she wasnt in. soni askes if i can reschedule for when she was in next and got me rudely and abruptly by the skinny old white women at the reception and got told to go find another ostiopath I was very shocked with her remark like she had a problem with me? chip on her shoulder? ive been coming here for almost 10 years and have sent numerous people but never again.
I have been coming here to sort out my neck and shoulder pain. The oestopath Catherine is amazing at her job. I'm 95% better! And also she is just soooo lovely and friendly. The reception staff are also great!!
Went through several appointments to get over a hand injury, costing £150 plus. Was given different diagnosis each time and was finally sent away to go and see my GP. Left me very frustrated. It is great for students to learn, but a majority of each session was diagnosing and not treatment, after being told each time that the next time would be treatment. The final treatment session, the qualified osteopath said to go and see a GP, having not even looked at my hand, when other qualified osteopaths had said they could sort it.
Sent me running around London, then fobbed me off. Waited two weeks for an appointment for absolutely nothing. I requested they don't call me to reschedule.
I had very bad experience if you have any pain or discomfort go your gp They ask me so many private questions they didn’t explain beginning treatment what you going to do l wasn’t comfortable answering all those questions l said to students may a speak to supervisor He didn’t even listen to me what was going to say he ask me to live see you another time if you want to go osteopath go private or gp
