The man cutting my hair was great and I felt super comfortable with him cutting my hair. The teacher however who was directing him I felt didn't understand my request fully and ended up cutting my fringe way too short. After I voiced my disappointment he didn't have any solution and said my hair was too short to begin with and that's why it didn't look how I wanted. I feel I would've been more than happy if he had turned me away and said to come back in a few weeks if my hair was "too short" to style in the way I had requested.
I had such a good experience here - Jamie and Alan I think that’s his name! were lovely. My hairdresser, Rory, was only there for a 2 day course but he was SO GOOD and lovely. Paid £35 for a 10/10 balayage that would have cost me £280 elsewhere.
I am so sorry to leave negative feedback as the student was very diligent and polite. However, 3.5 hours for a simple haircut is an excessively long time, when you do not allow food or drink for the duration. It is way over the advertised 1.5h to allow for a haircut. Additionally, nobody asked the finish I would want for my hair- I would never straighten mine, nor dry it flat. No one asked if I was happy with the end result, or showed me the back. I explained at the beginning that I didn't want to cut my long hair too short, but have walked out today with a haircut just past my shoulders, having previous had almost waist length hair. I was really upset when I left. I understand that you get what you pay for but overall I found the experience quite an ordeal and would not come back.
Super happy with the final result. The student Han and tutor Reece listened to what I wanted, but also added their own expertise to achieve a colour I was super happy with! Thanks guys
Amelia did such a wonderful job !! They listened to what I have to say but haven’t promised a miracle as I was bleaching my dark roots. The end colour came out better than I expected. Thank you

Very experienced and friendly staff. I came in for a free creative cut, libby was my haidresser she did an amazing job!
Bouncing on the previous comments that there is actually NO ONE working at reception & picking up the phone - no matter what time of the day you are calling. Cannot book an appointment or talk to someone, complete slackers. Terrible for the Sassoon brand
I've been coming here over 25 years. Why? Because I get the best haircuts ever. If I have to go to an ordinary salon lockdown, I'm looking at you I'm usually disappointed. Sassoon never is. It's worth the time.
Bad service booked my appointment two weeks ago. Waiting 30 mins to get turned away the student didn’t turn up don’t waste ur time or money ! Never again.
