This is the second time I have eaten from Lomond House, the chicken satay was good the first time however this time after waiting 1 hour 45 minutes my chicken satay was very bland some of the chicken was tough and there were no free prawn crackers (gutted). My partner had salt and pepper chicken which is not cooked with the peppers and onions, instead raw veg is put in the tub and the chicken dusted with spices and added on top of the raw veg. Very disappointing after an enjoyable first order. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from here again as I have already thrown the menu in the bin.

Good food. But the delivery service is diabolical!! Even making allowances for the usual peak periods. The food quality isn't worth the wait.

Was told my delivery was going to be 1 hour which is fine for a Saturday, after waiting 2 hours didn’t even realise the time as I was playing COD, after realising it had been 2 hours I phoned and politely asked if my delivery was nearly with me? No was the reply and I was given the option to go and collect it, I went down to collect the order and I added on 2 cans of juice and still had to pay full price and no compensation, mad crazy how they can get away with that, sad thing is I’ll always use Lomond House as it’s the best chinese in Renfrew, they should hire more delivery drivers for the weekends when it’s so busy that can’t control the amount of orders.

Dont even want to give a one star, absoulte joke, first and last time going over priced, staff made error and had to drive back cause they wouldnt deliver for over an hour so the rest of pur food is now cold
