Deserves ZERO stars! Been using Babylon for years and it's rapidly gone downhill to the extent that I now have food poisoning from having chicken pakora on Saturday night! I've been waiting for surgery that was scheduled for today and the operation was cancelled due to me being so ill. I've had to seek medical attention regarding how ill I've been. We will NEVER eat from here again I would advise people to go elsewhere.

Fed up giving this place the benefit of the doubt. Other than being reasonably priced and having decent combos of meal deals everything else is a massive let down. They are consistently late, get orders wrong and the get food is always cold. I literally have nothing constructive to say about this place. It has been progressively worse and worse over the past couple of years. Don't waste your money.

after hearing a lot about this place i thought i would try it, their just eat app was appalling with almost nothing to select from so i had to phone up. fair enough i thought nothing of it. so i ended up phoning in and ordering food at 5 and did not come till 7, i had to phone the place 6 times to ask where my order was and the answer each time was "we apologise but were making it." the man on the phone was extremely rude and sounded like he didnt care at all. the service here is absolutely awful and over priced. i dont think it takes 2 hours to make a chicken wrap and the size of the wrap was just a complete joke. through all that they even got my order wrong, whats so hard to understand about a chicken wrap meal.....not a Donner wrap with no chips and salad. This place is a joke and i would highly recommend that you keep your money and spend it else where, somewhere where the food wont be wrong, cold or not even enough to fill a child up. 1 star from me guys and youve lost a customer, never again am i ordering from this place. i would rather go hungry than eat from here. :(

Waited nearly two hours for a delivery only to get the food that wasn't all that warm, a snide half portion of chips and cheese, half cooked fritters dripping in grease, and a burnt pizza! Plus I was quoted the wrong price and was told I'd only wait 20-25 minutes! Poor in every standard! For the above reasons I won't be ordering from here again. Wouldn't recommend this so called Fast food restaurant to anyone!

Chicken isn't chicken!! Sending to environmental to check what meat this is their selling discusting I'm appalled rotten food and a mouldy pita bread the smell was awful hopefully be investigated DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE fake cheap food!!!!!!!!!!!!!
