When I was opening  my first UK account Lady Anita Sandhu made a mistake with my documentation and because of her oversight the head office blocked my account. 
The staff is highly incompetent. 
When I spoke with the help line I was informed what I should do. I went to this branch again and Lady Arvind Kuner declined to help. She is very unprofessional. I have to say that she is almost rude to clients. She raises her voice. I am deeply disappointed how they are treating people in this branch. Customer service represented by the staff is really terrible.

Horrible, It is not the first time I have to wait more than 30 min in early afternoon cause it is only one till open while the other employee is organaizing the line when it is more efficent open the other till. In the evenings the other girl is so rude, thank you and please have to be a standard. I am Lloyds customer for years and I use this branch cause is near home. I am seriously thinking about change to other bank.
