How can any normal person working 9-5 make use of your services if you close so early

I've been banking with them for more than 30 years. Service has steadily declined but today my card was rejected and cannot even get a reply on the Ealing telephone number at 10.30 am Thursday - appalling! Actually they did send a text 1/2 hour later saying the use of the card had been suspended because I was using it more than usual and it was re-instated. Still very annoying that I had to wait this long and nobody answering their phones.

Gross incompetence. You couldn't get any worse service. Don't be surprised if the phone is not answered. Don't be surprised if they never resolve your query. No wonder the RBS is making losses every year - this is third world service at it's very poorest. I've moved to Metro bank now.

Phoned several times cards cancelled on holiday no one picks up the phone ! Get out now before they go bust !

Terrible service. I had to provide the same information 4 times and they insisted on doing good this face to face despite the inconvenience. I saw/spoke to 3 different people whom each told me something different. Awful experience and a complete waste of time. I will be moving my current account
