Very poorly managed, staff are lazy and not professional whatsoever.
This branch has to be the worst in the UK.

Fairly poor actually. Staff wandering around with no sense of urgency,  customers left to stand unattended and confused in the banking hall. No clear queuing system. I had booked an appointment (lovely polite chap on the phone) but nobody seemed to be expecting me and my advisor saw two random walk-ins before getting to me. Rather blunt customer service to boot. Glad it's not my main bank. Improvement needed.

Extremely poor services and the staff are very rude

Extremely understaffed. Only one person at counter gave no apology for delay and no explanation. Staff seem to be walking past unbothered and unhelpful. Was waiting in line for over 30mins at 3pm. I wouldn't even give one *.
