Always too busy never enough staff on but at least they were always helpful not anymore since the closure of codsall new staff (not extra) have appeared and are downright rude trying to get everyone to use the deposit machine which also has long queues. One woman had queued got to the cash desk only be told she has to use the deposit machine she was then taken to the back of the long queue to the deposit machine be shown how to use the machine by the cashier who then created more queues at the cash desk insane. Put more staff on and polite ones at that
