I went in to see chelsey today and she was very helpful by helping me pick my first console she was amazing places need a lot more people like her I was very happy and will definitely be returning

Popped in to the Bulwell shop to ask if they knew where I could get a bracelet repaired.  The very helpful Ceejay asked to look at the bracelet and said she could easily repair it. It was simply a case of the T bar ring being re-fastened.  Ceejay took my bracelet and fixed it without charge.  I am writing this review to thank this amazing and helpful member of your staff. She went above and beyond customer service.  Thank you again for your courteous and helpful service.

Been to cash shop bulwell several times. Really friendly and helpful staff. Elena,Marcus,cj and the rest of the team. Fast and prompt service nothing is too much of a trouble for these guys. Highly recommend

Went in yesterday was dealt with by Shanna was very welcoming and a beautiful smile left a happy customer but have also had previously been served by Marcus, ceejay, elena, and Chelsea and each and every time I leave happy and always feel like I’ve been given the best amount for my item when selling or pawning or when purchasing always feel as though I’ve got the best deal I could there’s other shops close by that do the same as the cash shop but I genuinely don’t use them as I just don’t feel they offer the same high standard of service would recommend to anyone who needs a service they do

Very happy with the service today. I had some items to sell that weren't being used. Marcus was really helpful and we managed to agree a deal which was great for both parties. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Quick transaction and friendly staff,  made my visit to the Cash Shop Bulwell, a pleasant surprise.

Cash shop bulwell staff are so friendly and welcoming  they hand every item I have took in there with care ceejay  this morning when I went in to collect a item she took  the time talking me tho everything I had to do definitely recommend the shop for taking my items there if I need to

Great customer service could not ask for better and was mede even better when I found the person servings me was the store manager Ceejay, amazing personality.

Very helpful staff, went in to try on a ring I saw in the shop window sadly it didn’t fit but the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable
