I have been using the range for a while now and very happy with results. I have had a signature facial at the Isle of Wight last year which was amazing. I am in the process of booking another facial at the Chelsea store with some friends I can't wait.

I had the best facial ever at the Sloane square branch from Rubina. I don't treat myself often but I will definitely go back and the skin advice I received has greatly improved my skin.
This store closed in mid-June 2018. Don’t do what I did and go all the way there to find this out! Suggested an edit to google maps to report the store as permanently closed.

The Liz Earle products are great. Natural products with a nice scent. The customer service is fantastic and the ladies are all knowledgeable. I had a great experience in the shops and with the products.
I love this brand and the shop atmosphere is very good, they gave us free prosecco last time!
Quite a disappointing experience. Had their signature facial and supposed to be 90 minutes, but received only 60 minutes. Also did not receive any extractions on my nose or face mask, but when I questioned, was told my skin did not need it. Poor value for money. Shall not return.
