I feel sadly this company to work for is a complete joke the products yes are indeed lovely but the company owners have no clue how to run it they put little in place to help the brand ambassadors you get given nothing for events and have to wait a long time for testers in fact half of the tester never came so your going into stores without them and no head bands towels or anything that would be good for your job function I asked for consultation cards and never got them they expect you to just roll up and apply highly active plant based skincare with out giving consultation to your customers most of the staff are not therapist Trained and I had a experience with one customer who had a nut allergy lucky I explained what was in the product's befor the lady still had a reaction though sadly to what I was not sure but I got no surrport from the the trainer and the education manager basically knew nothing I feel safe and sure to say I knew more just being there a few days the I then had to call to get my pay that was not correct and had to beg for it no reply from manger during this process and then got told i am up for a meeting for not meeting my sales targets when I worked for them for all of 5 mins with most stores having no testers and hardly any stock my advice avoid at all cost please don't apply for this company save your time and energy
