A brilliant gym, the staff are really friendly and welcoming. If you're not sure of something, they're always on hand to help you out. The whole centre is maintained to an exceptionally high standard, it's clean, spacious and accessible. The equipment is up to date and easy to use, there is ample parking right next to the building. Due to current covid restrictions you do need to book your session online but that's easy. Overall Rodney Pavillion is a fantastic place to keep yourself in shape and it sits nicely at the top of Rodney Gardens.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Maybe think about changing male communal showers. I'm sure the ladies wouldn't be happy with the same treatment.
The gym itself it good and has lots of equipment. What annoys me is I try and go 4 times a week and the parking is 70p a time May seem not much but it adds £11 to your membership Also weekend hours could be allot better as I work shifts and often can't make the weekend due to work finishing at 3

Love going to yoga here. Staff are really friendly. Sound equipment could do with an upgrade. Sports equipment feels a bit crammed in.
Great cleaning regime regarding COVID 19. Staff very friendly and attentive.
Nice little gym, could do with a few more resistance machines and a few more benches but all in all good gym experience.
Helpful Staff, Good Gym, Quite a Small Building, but has some good Fitness Gear if you want to get fit.
