Christine has been an inspiration to me, and I am in awe of her passion for pilates. I have found her to be kind, caring and ‘in tune’ with her clients.  She is an excellent teacher and I have found her classes truly beneficial, both physically and mentally, feeling wholly treated after each class.  She is a wonderful person and I especially felt treated to her great sense of humour.

Christine's holistic approach is wonderful. I always leave more relaxed and more supple. She tailors every session to what my body and mind requires on that day. Thank you

Christine is by no means our first pilates Teacher but she is by far the best
to date.Fiona and I are 2 of her older clients,being in our 80's and the quality 
of teaching she gives us is excellent.Christine realised we need the kind of tuition that would help to keep us mobile and active.All our lessons are specifically planned and designed.They are not standard repeats,she asks how we feel and then plans our session to address what would be most suitable for us.Without doubt we can not praise her enough,she is simply great.A pleasure to visit.

I found my experience with Christine at Pilates on Tay to be very helpful. Christine was sympathetic and understanding and positive in her approach.

Christine helped me understand an injury that four years of GPs, orthopaedic surgeons and physiotherapists struggled with. Her studio classes are great fun, and her one-on-one sessions are truly enlightening.
