Equipment is dated and not a lot of variety. If you are looking for a cardio work out it's fine but for keen weight lifters it is totally useless. I would normally say it's a budget gym so would expect less but I am with another budget gym in Falkirk paying half the price and the equipment and variety of free weights etc is state of the art so no excuses. I personally wouldn't bother with it but it may work for others.
