CrossFit is about getting you ready for whatever life throws at you, from picking your child up from the ground to competing in a sport. We would like YOU to be part of Perth’s first CrossFit gym. Anyone can come and join in on the fun, workouts are scalable which means they can be adapted to suit any ability. Our expertise as CrossFit trainers will ensure everyone has a chance to receive tuition to improve on CrossFit technique and movements.
Our Classes.
Fundamentals – 1.5 - 2 hours
If you are thinking I’m not sure, come and start with our fundamentals course and receive a FREE one month membership! This course is required in starting our membership schemes. We will give you an introduction to the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit and some fun workouts to give you an idea of what CrossFit is all about. Classes usually run on Sunday’s and you can easily book through our Schedule and Membership section.
CrossFit WoD
We will run through the fundamental movements at the beginning of each WoD so that every participant feels happy with the movements and we can continue safely and efficiently. All our classes are limited to a max of 12 participants this allows our 2 coaches to provide focused instruction maximising your performance, efficiency and safety.
Open Gym
Come and work on what you like, conquer your weaknesses, improve your strength or give a WoD a go. These sessions are still observed by our coaches and they are on hand to give any support or assistance.
Speciality Classes
Olympic Lifting
These classes are programmed to improve your proficiency in the Olympic lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk).
Classes are led by our qualified CrossFit trainers and the focus will be on safety using the foundational movements, progressing through intensity and varied workouts of the day (WoD’s).
