We stayed in this beautiful B&B over the Easter. The room was lovely, clean, quiet with a great sea view . Breakfast first class and the Owners a fantastic people . I will defently come back and highly recommended . Thank you very much :)

You couldn't find a nicer family run guest house. Lovely spacious Victorian rooms with big windows on a quiet road. From the rooms at the front of the house, you can see ships and ferries sailing out of the Tyne into the North Sea. Lovely individually cooked breakfast too. Highly recommended.

Lovely Guest House close to Ocean Road and all the Restaurants. Nice small park across the road with nice views across to Tynemouth (Monument, Spanish Battery, Priory & Castle).

What a gem this place is! More hotel like than any B&B I've stayed in. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with many unexpected extras like toiletries, towels, tea and coffee, free WiFi, good parking and bottled water. A comfy bed and quiet location made for a great nights sleep followed by a delicious breakfast. There's a huge selection of cereal, juice, yogart, tea and coffee and an amazing full English cooked to order! The location is excellent, just a ten minute walk to town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The views from the bedroom windows are stunning. Our hosts Jo and Ian are two of the loveliest people you could meet and looked after us so well. It actually felt like saying goodbye to family when we left! We'll be back!
