Absolutely massive, plenty of variety and the route through it is well laid out. Lots of signage and opportunities to pick up the yellow bags throughout, staff available nearly every where and they're happy to answer any questions. Only downside was how busy it was, makes it impossible to get round even with the "one way" system in place projected arrows on the floor, bit of a faff picking up the flat packs due to the size and uneven flooring, self checkout was a bit cramped, car park is well labelled though, don't be expecting a quick exit in any way shape or form.
I've been here few times and I'm always happy with the experience, it's a cool place to spend time with your family or loved one especially during the weekend even just for a walk. There's always a lot to see and if you're not careful you'll end up spending more time there than planned. Staff is great and very professional. They sell almost all you can need to finish your house apart from electrical stuff.
A large IKEA with lots of parking. We visited the restaurant and shop at the end. The restaurant is laid out well with lots of places to sit. Many of the tables were not clean, it was very busy. The food was not great probably best described as tepid. Very few options for those with food allergens and desserts having the worst availability for allergens. There used to be a vegan cheesecake, which was lovely, now there is NOT one vegan or dairy free choice. Poor for 2024! The food shop at the end was useful, although I feel less options than previously. The daim cake and the Almond cake are both GLUTENFREE. The toilets were clean and tidy and there was a hook on the back of the door.
We have got most of the furniture from this store. It has got variety of options and a lot of unique display of interiors.
A place to get ideas for your home as well as a good place to shop every household item. Good quality and not affordable but some prices are reasonable. It takes roughly around 2-3 hours to walk around the entire store.
Brilliant shop, got plenty of furniture and plants, the cafe/food is nice aswell BOSH
I went for my click and collect and then stopped for some meat balls. I had the plant based and my wife the meat ones. All very cheap £4.8 and good. I purchased a super king size bed base wich was very simple to ensemble and robust. Collection was fast. My trolley was ready so I just got it from the employee and then load in the car.
This is my first visit to IKEA. It’s a huge store with plenty of free parking. It’s very busy atm Sunday I purchased some items ie a unique light stand and some metal food serving dishes. We were herded through the huge checkout system due to the store closing at 5 pm, but luckily I managed to try the IKEA famous meatballs that I’ve heard so much about. Will definitely return
I love shopping from ikea. They have smart solutions for homes...thier products generally worth every penny and lasts for long time.. What's more, they have the service of buyback when you can resell your furniture when you no longer need them.. Will miss you when i leave birmingham...
Big place good hr to go around food was good value £2.75 hotdogs and drink
