I would echo Kim's comments - can't rate Matty highly enough. Never having been one for going to the gym (serious inferiority complex!) I decided to give Matty a go on the suggestion of a work colleague. Couldn't have been more helpful. He has given me continuous advice, motivation and support on all matters exercise and nutrition-related. Starting to not only see a difference in body shape, but also feel generally better all round - physical health and mentality towards exercise. Can't really fault him! Cheers Matty.
