Girls that were in the bar Sunday morning didn’t have a clue. Standing round doing nothing. Not great at the social skills either. Room was a bit small. Room was also very warm. Location was brilliant and reception staff were brilliant. I would recommend it. Reasonably priced too.

Spend money on your hotel and improve breakfast staff attitude and re introduce buffet food slow and definitely not worth wait or money Management need to go to other local hotels to see how to run breakfast two lights out in bedroom bathroom mmm not to clean hair in bath poop on toilet rimnnHope I never have to stay again definitely go across to Clayton or strand sorry guys 2 stars from me
Honestly, other than the hotel bar, this place is awful. Be aware there are reports of bed bugs here on online review sites. Weird rules for guests of the hotel dress code weirdness, no outside food.nnRoom wasn't very clean, especially bad in the bathroom, weird smell to the rooms, just overall an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I'd recommend finding an AirBnB or something similar over staying here.
No parking at hotel, had to use public parking lot 10 euros, it’s located in a seedy and creepy alley street back entrance to hotel. Very dark at night with no proper lighting and creepy people milling around. Getting in & out of the parking garage was maddening slow and frustrating due to “mechanical issues”. Took 10 minutes to get in & solid 15-20 minutes to get out with parking staff assistance. Lobby looks decent in picture. Tiny room very basic & tight to walk around bed, tub shower very narrow, very poor wifi. Felt yucky showering due to water issue see hotel letter. Included breakfast was ok. Stay away unless you have no better options.
