Horrible experience at City Cabs today. Dangerous driving & offensive sexist comments throughout the journey. Smoking in the car & taking phone calls during the journey (no handsfree).

Didn't show up. Rang and they hadn't passed the message on to the driver. Now I'll miss my bus, and so my flight, costing me £250 to buy a seat on the next plane. 
Rang Swift Cabs and they were lovely & super quick. Though I still missed my flight.

I was told that driver will be in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I rang them again and was told to wait another 2-3 minutes. Didn't show up at all!  I was waiting with a sick child in the rain!

Horrible experience, should have read reviews before calling. Called the cab, he said he will be there in 15 minutes. I waited 1 hour, called the guy few times after and there was no answer. I had to call another taxi and wasted 1 hour of my life on horrible taxi service.

Our driver was so friendly and even waited being as us ladies being ladies had a bit of a tanning accident while the taxi was outside! Dropped us right outside the door of the party and even had another driver come along as there was 11 of us there, absolutely delighted with this taxi service and would highly recommend them!
