Have been working with Aaron for just over a year. I had been suffering with numerous injuries and had tried everything for pain relief. Aaron has been so patient and has helped me with rehabilitation and after 5 years of  being in pain every day, I am much stronger and virtually pain free. Can't thank Aaron enough. He is fantastic at what he does and very friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for something to help them with pain relief.

I have been working with Aaron for one year and I can't find enough words to thank him for all his help and support: he made me a special diet plan and a personalised training schedule, making sure that I understand their importance and follow his instructions. Only a few months after we started working together I lost almost 8kg and I started gaining muscles. After working with him, I have a balanced diet and I haven't gained any weight. He is friendly and training with him is fun, challenging but also relaxing and rewarding. I recommend Aaron to everyone who wants to achieve a certain goal and improve their health: just trust him and he'll make it happen!

From the moment I met Aaron, it was clear that he is a top-notch personal trainer. Based on my personal goals, he helped me set up a workout routine and carefully designed a meal plan tailored to my needs. He is a great listener and shows how to do exercises with optimal effect. Moreover, he is very friendly and always cheers you on. Thanks to Aaron I have gained 5 kg in muscle mass in 4 months! I highly, highly recommend Aaron as a PT!!

I have always been into working out & fitness , I recently had my first baby and with the excess weight I decided to get personal training to kick start me back into shape .  I knew from my initial first meeting with Aaron that we would work well together . From the first consultation,  we discussed what my goals where and he advised what realistic goals to achieve.  My concerns where that he would expect me to cut carbs /fats/ sugars etc , however I was pleasantly surprised when he sent me my food plan, very realistic , very doable and not hard to keep to .  Our one on one training sessions where tough, and Aaron pushes you to your limits, and encourages you along the way .  After my sessions with Aaron I had lost just over half a stone , and gained the knowledge of healthy eating, portion sizes etc . I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone who is looking to achieve certain body goals and change an unhealthy lifestyle . Aaron is a genius in his field and is always professional & friendly .
