Great service, the people on the gate guide you properly and all the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and cooperative.  For general queries you have to take a ticket and sit in the waiting area, 3 counters dealing with general queries moreover inside there is a big hall where more specific queries are handled by professionals.  I would like to give one suggestion intreo is people place 1000s of people visit daily, they should make public washroom also.

Surprisingly quick service, just have all your documents ready, went for a walk in interview today and it was done in 10mins. Guards were cooperative as well, parked my bike outside and they asked me to bring it inside just to be safe.

We visited today to register a Ukrainian family . We'd a disabled little boy with us who found waiting very hard.  The staff were enormously patient and helpful from the security guys to the folks behind the counter to the translator. Thank you all.

Trying and trying to get through to no avail. How are you supposed to get seen for a public services card application if no one picks up to book you in? Call waiting times in excess of 30mins...not great at all. I gave up trying and emailed. Update - email them instead and when you do get an appointment they are absolutely fantastic! The lady I dealt with was so friendly and helpful

They need more staff. They don’t answer the phone.

Have tried for the last 5 days to call and email the Limerick Intreo centre, however to no avail. I have emailed the customer service complaints team, from whom I have received incorrect information. Are people actually employed and work in this Intreo centre? If so, what do they get paid for?!?

Never answer the phone and when they do they either hang up immediately or fob you off to someone who can't help

Food was cold, waiter was rude and didn't speak a word of English. Not recommended.

Incredibly helpful young man sorted out our issue today, speedily and with a smile.
