Wanted to order pizzas for my family as we stayed at Savoy Hotel in Blackpool. The person on the phone was very rude. When placed an order using Ubereats which was working out cheap as compared to ordering directly with them. I called to find out if they got the correct delivery address as Savoy did not appear on the app instead it said Queen’s Promenade the same guy picked up phone and questioned me “If I am ordering for the first time” he said “I am very busy and do not have time for this”. He talks in very insulting manner. At last the delivery arrived and it was think crust when I added instructions for Deep Crust. The crust was burnt photo attached and pizza looked smaller than 14 inches and was okish nothing special. My issue was that I was staying in hotel and wanted to get food delivered otherwise would not have given my custom to these people. Avoid if you can !!!!

Ordered chicken Doner, tasted ok. However got upset stomach afterwards.  Restaurant was dirty. It was freezing cold and windy. Asked if i could close the door while i eat.  They said no, the Restaurant will steam up. However this was a lie. As it started to rain outside, and rain was entering the premises. They closed the door anyway. Will not go back to this restaurant

Very nice food and good deals if you’re eating in a group. We ate here three times. Shawarmas, pizza and calzone were all cooked to a great standard.  Parking: Parking around the street and one block away is available on same road. There’s a car park opposite if you need to use it.

I have just received my order which came with wrong drink. I rang Lilo to request exchange for correct one or refund the money. They have sent the driver with correct drink, but unfortunately now the guy called me and yelled at me why I have returned opened drink. I have CCTV showing the driver have checked if the bottle was opened before accepting the return. Such rude guy works there. Avoid for peace of mind!

Had a special pizza and chips tonight it was a hit with the whole family . Thank u guys you never disappoint.

Food is amazing, service was quick. However its uncomfortably hot to eat inside. But it's somewhat bearable.Food: 5/5

I ordered sheekh kebab and chips. It was tasty and well presented. Inside was very hot,toilet was very dirty  Dietary restrictions: Halal

I don't like to complain however we ordered 2 burgers and some doner kebab, the burger didn't really taste great. Felt a little slimy and the only thing that was tasty was the bread. Doners weren't cooked. And salad wasn't fresh either.

Placed an order over phone for delivery, great customer service. fries, cheesy garlic bread was hot and tasty. Chicken shawarma kebab was great. Pitta/naan was amazing. Definitely our place to go!

The food that I received was not only undercooked but in fact the chicken in my wrap was raw. The dietary requirements that I had stated were not followed as I had asked for no mayonnaise as I am highly allergic but mayonnaise was still put in the food that I had ordered. Not only this but the burger I ordered had no chicken in it just had 3 hash browns
