This place was a short walk from my hotel near Blackpool airport where I was staying for a few nights and I refuse to eat at those places attached to Premier Inn if I can help it, so a quick Google search returned Italio, and off I went. I've not eaten at that many Italian restaurant over my years, but I know I do like Italian food. This place turned out to be so good, I went there two nights in a row. Not a huge menu which I like to see in a good restaurant, and I asked for a recommended dish which turned out to be the sea food carbonara. I've always been a bit anxious about sea food in restaurants, but I had no complaints here. It was delicious. Italio is a beautiful place to eat and is beautifully run and organised by the owners and staff who all conduct their tasks very professionally. There is also an outside contemporary glass covered eating area which looks great and ideal for larger groups, I suspect. Highly recommended.
Love this restaurant food is amazing every time we have been. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you! Make you feel so welcome! Tonight i mentioned my pregnancy craving was pineapple and they went and made me a beautiful fruit salad desert for free for me! It was delicious and such a very kind thing to do! Thank you so much to all the staff tonight for everything.
Table of 15, on a Saturday night. We arrived early and had to wait a little bit as a party was on our table however the managers made us feel very welcome. Once we were sat down we ordered our drinks straight away and were given a range of garlic bread to snack on which were lovely. We had pre booked our food as we were a large group ti make it easier. Food was lovely, best Italian I’ve had in a while, managers and team were really friendly and open to our jokes etc. drinks were replenished frequently. Would definitely recommend. Fantastic atmosphere! Food and staff so friendly make you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door nothing too much trouble. Fantastic food would recommend this place to anyone. We will be back. Owner makes you feel at home very relaxing
Having booked a table for 4 we were put in the glass house with 2 large groups. On requesting a move to the restaurant itself I was told that I was asked about ‘the terrace’ and had agreed this was ok. Not true I was not asked. The woman refused to move us and was very rude. We left without dining and will never return.
This is the best Italian in the whole of the UK. Food is delightfull, staff are exceptional. Recommend the chicken in crema sauce. Can't be beatenFood: 5/5

Found this lovely restaurant foolowing a long drjve from London to Blackpool. Fab restaurant, good vibes and good food. James who served us was phenomenal. Also, good value for money
