Really Tasty, food was hot think I was first drop off beef burger with bacon was American style! Really tasty and the chicken burger was delicious. Think this is Frankie and Benny's rebranded as a virtual brand - still great!
Food delivered on time. Hot. Ordered the crispy bacon and brie burger..gorgeous. I'd initially rang the place having read bad reviews. The manager assured me everything was cooked fresh to order.
I ordered a plain vegan burger, said no to everything and opted out on all sauces and salads. When it arrived there was still sauce on it. By the time i scraped all the sauce off the burger had gone cold. I tried to eat it but it was just not good. Had the burger been plain like I ordered I have no doubt that it would have been good.
Shocking service. We call to say we were missing items from our order to which we were told that its not their fault, and if we wanted them we would have to re order them or go and collect the missing items ourselves. The food that had arrived was tasteless and cold. Will never order here again and would recommend that others didnt either
Placed an order for delivery that was just shy of £60 and the order received was incorrect. Phoned them up and the gentlemen on the phone showed no interest into trying to rectify this. He kept saying that if I want it rectified I would have to get a taxi down to the restaurant which he knew was winding me up. In the end his resolution was to just share the single burger and chips between 4 people. After a long phone call to uber eats customer service team who couldn't be more helpful I got the issue sorted. Now I know why they get bad reviews
food has normally been great but the last few time it’s not been upto standard and items have been missing or not the correct item. we will never order again as when we raised this issue with the restaurant they blamed the deliver service uber but it’s not uber that cook and pack the food it’s the restaurant and they wouldn’t apologise or send out the items that were missing.
Honestly should have read the reviews first. Never again. Ordered at 7.10pm delivery estimated for 7.50-7.55. recieved food at 8.30pm was stone cold. Portion sizes are like pots of baby food not even the big jars the Mac and cheese is £4 and you get two spoons out the portion. The fries you may as well go to maccies across the road and order from them because you'll get less than a small maccies portion from stacks. For a takeaway attached to Frankie and Bennie's you'd expect quality and quantity instead you get cold tasteless food.
Delivered the wrong food after calling to specifically ask for something and they say yes no problem more than happy then we get delivered not only 1 wrong burger but 2????? No toppings on 1 of them when there should have been bacon and loads more. Now they aren’t answering the phone. Great customer service, don’t know why places even try to be successful when the people work like they do?
This is why you read the reviews, I was given the wrong drink and the burger was cold the only good thing was the mac and cheese which was warm but the portion was tiny.
