Staff were spot on and food was really tasty. Always like a good Burger King and this one was nice. Handy location upstairs in the Houndshill with free toilets next door. Just wish that there was more of an atmosphere up there because BK is the only place there now as the other food places left years ago meaning that BK is the only unit open now and it could have a lot of a better ambience to the place,yet this isn't the fault of Burger King Parking: Parking available at the Houndshill Multi storey car park which is joined onto the shopping centre. It also has charging points for Electric cars.
Food was just ok ,usual burger king standard food but only warm, as staff too busy messing about rapping/dancing about which was quite irritating when your waiting along time to receive just about warm food, most of the self service drinks were out of order and the seating area and floor was amess!Food: 2/5
Sad experience. Ordered a regular whooper meal and have to say dont think it's worth it . £7.99 for luke warm burger and what I can only say is a small fire's. Wasn't even given my drink. Far better places to get a burger.Food: 1/5
The good news, the chips still taste great, even my daughters like them better than other fast food places. The bad news is the double bacon burger, I asked them to take out the bacon but wished I asked them to leave it in as it was tasteless!! If you look at the pictures below you can see what a poor excuse of a burger it is, no sauce, salad or anything, even my 7 year old said "is that it? It's tiny". Oh and only 1 of 2 drinks machines was working and even that had very limited choice, so not a great time and for £19 for three meals.
This burger King need to think about cleanliness. What an absolute disgustingly dirty place. Floors covered in food, never swept properly, tables lets just say were shocking I myself had to clean it with my hand sanitiser and a hanky. I would avoid until they learn customers deserve better. Food galore behind the counter all over the floor as well as salt everywhere. Hygiene should come first. Needs closed down!!

Appalling service, drinks machine broken. Asked for dine-in and had my order unceremoniously dropped in a takeaway bag. It wasn't even busy, there were 5 people in including me. Burger was barely warm, bacon was undercooked. The fries were nice though. If they keep going at this rate it will be shut down soon along with all the other food court places in the Hounds Hill.
Got a whopper and a cheeseburger meal and onion rings meal and 'hot' not chocolate today. Firstly food cold, restaurant was very unclean, counter, tables and floor full of litter. No one cleared any tables in the half hour or so we were there. Recieved fresher food which was better. Ended up leaving most of it as I just felt physically sick. Not sure what food preparation area looked like but judging from front of house, I expect its not good. How can the manager think this is an acceptable way to run a fast food business New staff with better training is required, otherwise this place needs closure.
Well I waited in a none existing que while the staff at the back was talking and dancing to the radio if a can see them they can see me waited 10mins for service then when it was ready my order was sat for 3mins waiting to be given to me as he went back to talk n dance with his mates again so my order was cold I'd definitely avoid .the tills was un manned I could have done anything so please avoid
Burger missing from order. Bags all sealed. Called the restaurant and told get your refund from just eat as a driver might of stolen your food. It was still sealed so was clearly miss packed. Awful customer service. Avoid this place.
