I have been using the red light therapy services for 2 months now. I initially sought the treatment for joint pain in my lower back area. After four 15 minute sessions the pain is barely recognisable for me anymore and I have been sleeping comfortably the past few weeks with my overall mood much more uplifted than previous months. My skin has also lifted and everyone who I have seen since has commented that I’m “ glowing” which I have noticed myself. I will be continuing to use this treatment as my quality of life has drastically improved since and I will be spreading the word to all my friends about it !!!

INCREDIBLE, I’d read a lot about red light therapy and it’s benefits and always wanted to try it, then a shop pops up round the corner from mine. I’ve had a few sessions on the bed and even a go on the stand alone ones in their cosy Zen room. After a few session I can really feel the effects especially on a long term back injury I have, less pain, more flexible and much better sleep. This stuff is the real deal and I’m made up in on our door step

I was very sceptical when I read about the benefits of "Red light therapy " but the results I have had, have been undeniably amazing. Lots of my ailments are elevated and my skin is as clear as it was 20 years ago. Highly recommend it on a weekly basis

Red light therapy ,For me works  in a way that it relaxes the body and obviously heals it in some way if you suffer with chronic muscle or aching joints. I found it helped myself for least 48hrs after 15 minutes of treatment. I Would highly recommend it to anyone who is need of alternative form of therapy.

I decided to try RLT as I had heard so many great things about it, at the time I was stressed out and had developed minor eczema which I’d never had before…Nikki put my mind at ease and was very knowledgeable about RLT which helped a lot :  After finishing my course the eczema had cleared and I also had tonnes more energy which I wasn’t expecting!

Really enjoyed it. Surprised how relaxing it was and effectively calmed my anxiety down.
