Really helpful staff! Very knowledgeable on lore and enthusiastic to share this. Witnessed a staff member supporting a young person learning to paint and they appeared very kind and helpful. Sparked a keen interest in warhammer for myself and I will definitely return.
Was served by a man called Daniel, who made me feel very welcomed and told me about multiple events and special offers up and coming. As someone who tends to buy my stuff online, I really appreciate the nice touch of customer service and the community aspect of the hobby. I'll be returning here based on his customer service alone. Thanks Daniel!
It's quite a small shop but the staff are always welcoming and always ready to help with anything you might need, from modelling or painting advice to discussions about rule changes or even what product that you may want to consider. They offer an online connection to the webstore so if they don't have what you need, you can always order it in store to collect it the next time you visit.
Andrew was really welcoming and introduced me and my girlfriend to some beginner painting sessions. Great shop!
A small shop with a really friendly team. They are really patient with new players young and.im my case old 30. Very informative and no pressuring into buying but they will point you in the right direction for beginners and advanced players. Allow beginners like myself today against other beginners for 40k on Sunday mornings, however this can get very busy so be prepared to be close to others whislt playing.
A small store with nice staff and good selection, perhaps not the greatest selection for some armies.

Absolutely fantastic shop and the staff are very friendly and helpful with all needs or concerns, they are really thorough with any issues you have even down to dedicating a considerable amount of time talking about painting techniques and provided a pamphlet about the activities they provide to help new players.
Helpful and friendly staff. A great place for hobbyists to meet up and discuss the games. Unfortunately Warhammer tend to charge more in store than items can be brought from 3rd party retailers online. I always pop in for a browse when in Liverpool but won't pay the obscene prices they demand for products when I can get 20% off elsewhere.
