A bit crowded. Not very relaxing when you have to queue for Jacuzzi and loungers.(this was on a Monday). I asked for a dry robe but was told it would take an hour. In the meantime I sat in a cold wet robe.treatment was nice. Restaurant seemed to be under staffed. Took ages to get a cup of tea and had to ask a few times for a jug of water. Then waited an age for the salad to get replenished. Same on main course. Shame. Would not go back.

This is not my first time at this hotel/spa and I always enjoy my stay there. Unlike other hotel/spa that I have visited, this one is the most quiet and relaxing spa. Only reason for 4 stars is the hotel and spa prices which are a bit too high and that you really need to book in advance to have a treatment done. Other than that I highly recommend this place and will be returning again and hopefully with better price deals in place!

Not a place to relax. En route to the spa the locals display protest signs about Lifehouse spa developments which didn’t give a great feeling to start with. My partner booked flowers as a surprise for me to be in the room on arrival however they weren’t there given they were very pricey, he wasn’t happy. It was also my partners birthday however a birthday card was addressed to me even though he had said it was his birthday. At dinner my fork was dirty and used with big chunks of rice on the back luckily I had seen before using it to eat with but it definitely put us off our meals. After starters and mains we then had to wait 40 minutes for desert just for a few scoops of ice cream when the deserts came they still didn’t know whose birthday it was, so just wrote happy birthday on both which takes away the affect of it. In the room there are stained chairs and the tv doesn’t work. All in all even if everything had been perfect it’s still overpriced the only good thing is the treatments by they are still overpriced for what they are. Not what you expect for paying over £600 just for a nights stay.

We stayed here on the two night spa packages. The facilities and treatments were great. We both thoroughly enjoyed walking around in our dressing robes all day, getting changed only for dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight negative was that the rooms can get quite stuffy so I'd be weary of visiting in the warmer months of the year. Otherwise, a really relaxing break and we'd definitely come back again.

One of the best spa's I've ever been too. Fantastic staff, awesome facilities and excellent service. Recommend all day long!
