My boyfriend and I booked a 2 day, midweek spa break package, to get some r'n'r time. This included 2 nights in one of the hotel rooms, a cooked to order breakfast on both mornings, a 3 course dinner on both evenings, plus access to the spa and gym and a full body massage... From beginning to end, the stay was fantastic. There were always staff on hand to help when we had questions and the close proximity of all the facilities meant that we never had to go far. The room was comfortable, clean and modern and the bathroom was huge (we stayed in room 15). From beginning to end, we were able to add all additional expenses (food from the bistro, drinks from the hotel bar etc) to the room bill, which meant that we never had to worry about carrying our wallets (or phones!). Feeling seriously lazy on the second night we ordered our dinner to the hotel room, which was delivered promptly and with a smile. The spa facilities were great too. We paid a small fee to have robes, slippers and towels, which allowed us to move from the pool area to the treatment rooms without having to change. The 20m pool was quiet the majority of our stay and the steam room and sauna never got crowded, as they are a decent size. There is also an area near the pool to sit/lay and read a book. The food in the bistro was tasty and plentiful - although the menu is small, it changes daily, so there were plenty of options over the period of our stay. We also booked in for Afternoon Tea on the final day, which was held in the hotel's 'Oak Room' (I believe) - again, this was a great experience and very fairly priced. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and were able to properly wind down over the 2.5 days were we there. We shall be visiting again.

My wife Laura and I recently got married here at Prested Hall. Kathryn, Leanne and team were brilliant, especially attentive, calm and professional they made sure we were comfortable and informed at all times. As a direct result of their efforts we had a fantastic day, despite the fact that our chosen day also happened to be the weekend when the heavy snow occurred, Kathryn made the planning of the day extremely easy, the bridlesweet was comfortable and the food faultless. Even now our friends and relatives are still completementing us on our choice of venue. We would wholeheartedly fully recommend Prested Hall as a great place to eat, stay and of course choose as a venue of choice for your special day. Andrew & Laura Gerrie

Just great all round best afternoon tea iv had and best spa treatments iv had. Very clean very welcoming very friendly very professional. Just love love love this place.

Amazing afternoon tea again as always with so many delicious sandwiches, non-stop flowing tea and a beautiful array of cakes, so many in fact we even had to bring some of them home!! Thank you for providing a beautiful and peaceful setting for a lovely afternoon with my friends for their birthday.

It's a very friendly and helpful staff. The place is welcoming and has a warm feel about it. I recommend it for the food, the pamper and the experience.
