The best retail experience I've had in as long as I can remember. The staff are not only friendly and knowledgeable but genuinely want to help you find the right garments. I hate buying jeans and they made it an absolute breeze. I also had an online purchase to exchange and they helped without the animosity you get in many other places. Nothing was too much trouble. The range of choice is excellent but it's the customer experience that makes this place stand out. Great staff, great store!!

great experience in the Levi's shop and got myself a great pair of jeans!!! Customer service was second to none, very helpful and a good selection of stock too.. A young woman by the name of Mia, was fantastic!!! She really helped me, and she deserves a promotion or a raise if you ask me. Thanks!!!

The Levi store is a great place to visit. Friendly, attentive staff, all dressed in Levi's clothes. A good selection of clothes and merchandise. A bright, well lit shop with good access. Some people find the prices on the high side. Then again, a Rolls Royce is not cheap especially from the main dealers showroom. If you can wait for the sales that they have as one season comes to a close and a new one appears in store there's some bargains to be had. Ask about the 'Live in Levis' app' this gives you access to special promotions, and prices . Free shipping as well as a further 10% off sale prices on the Levi's web site. Get to know about deals and events before the general public do. The Levi's Tailor shop in store will turn up your Levi jeans free of charge irrespective of where they were purchased from. Other alterations carry a price but I have never found them to be cost prohibitive. All alterations are discussed and prices agreed before any work is carried out. Whilst this may seem like an advert, I am a customer whose wardrobe is exclusively 'LEVIS.' "My tastes in life are simple, the best". Why buy copies when the originals are there to be purchased? I raise a glass or two/ three in honour of the two Gentleman Mr Strauss and Mr Davis who, back in 1873, patented riveted pants for the American worker and miners. The biggest clothing company on planet Earth. Quality never goes out of style.

How much you like it depends if you like Levi's clothes? I find the staff helpful and nice every time I go in. Not pushy but up for helping when asked

Went into Levi’s on 10/3/22, about 2pm, looking for a pair of super-skinny jeans. The young lady who helped me sorry, I forget your name, but you were not very tall! really went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect fit, including searching the stock room for 10 mins to find that last pair…! Thank you, I love my new super skinny 712? Levi’s!!

Very helpful staff, shame of the very dusty changing rooms. It was not just a day's worth either. Apart from that will recommend to others just because of the very helpful staff.

Great service on our first visit. Trying to find jeans for my husband so far has been difficult due to leg length until we came to this Levi's store. Staff were attentive without being annoying and offered really helpful information about fit and material. We walked out as happy customers.
