Called in on a Saturday afternoon looking for footwear. The two younger ladies that were on were really polite and extremely helpful. After a disappointing visit to house of fraser and shocking customer service these two girls made me walk away smiling. Thank you. Keep up the good work !

I went into Drome for the first time yesterday to swop my coat staff was really polite and helped with everything I needed and i left smiling
Ordered an item which didn't turn up, no communication regarding this and a very poor service. I wouldn't bother ordering anything online with them and hopefully at some point I'll get my money back!
