Quick friendly service and reasonable price.

Trying to keep my business local, I tried to get in touch with Leuchars Glazing by phone over a four hour period and there was no answer, no answer phone, it just kept ringing and ringing. I have used them before and they were efficient and good value for money, but to not answer the phone for four hours, with no answer phone, is not good.

They are the go-to glazers in this area. Always a professional service and a good level of workmanship. Reasonable prices too.

Great service provided by a team of good mannered professionals. Would highly recommend them as they pay particular attention to the final details.

Positive: they did good, quality work on our windows. Negative: But their customer service is just awful. The woman who answers the phone was repeatedly rude and condescending. She refused to give me a specific window of time (afternoon? morning?) when the workers would come. She berated me, repeatedly saying that my request was a "problem"—i.e., telling their customers when they are going to be at your home. She promised me someone would call back to tell me when they'd come, which never happened. When I called back, she said someone would come on Friday. They didn't come until Monday—and it was totally unannounced. When they came back to finish the work, they came the day after they said they'd come. I suppose they think that people can just take a few days off of work in hopes that the workers will show up sometime. I'm sure their competitors are more considerate toward their customers.
