Hosies are not what they appear from their smart shop. My forth purchase from them was a washing machine which is faulty. When I telephoned the shop to reprort the fault I was told that the machine was level and offered a piece of wood! Second phone contact led to the offer of a visit from the business owner not a replacement. Nearly a week later I telephoned the shop and spoke to a man who introduced himself as the shop manager who said he knew nothing of the problem. He then told me he could do nothing withour the business owners permission which he could not gain as the owners were away.
The delivery of the machine was a particular worry. The machine was delivered to my ome with no packing and without the protective transet bolts in place. Perhaps the machine was not new as described but an ex display model? The delivery men attempted to take away a £40 accessory without my permission and scratched the entrace halway floor. 

I still have a faulty machine and no offer of a new one.
