Story

Established in 2001, we started working from a warehouse then we opened our first retail store in 2003 in Dundee. Our St Andrews store was opened in 2011. We have repaired thousands of devices in this time from customers all over the country.

Quick, convenient and reliable service. Despite the snowy weather conditions, which forced many businesses to shut down in town, my laptop was fixed in under 24 hours. I'm very happy with the speedy service, and my laptop seems to be working well. 

The only point of improvement I have, is that I would have appreciated to receive a valuation of the repair costs once the problem was discovered, even that would have led to me waiting longer to get my laptop back. As a cash-strapped student and someone who is not tech-savvy, I was surprised at the cost of the repair.

I had a great experience with disc depot St. Andrews, service was quick and price was reasonable. I felt my laptop was in safe hands and will definitely use their services again in the future if necessary.

Broke my laptop screen just after lunch and had it back and fixed by 4:30. A very quick and friendly service.

Excellent service from Disc Depot in St Andrews last week. My Asus Chromebook, essential piece of kit for small business owner, broke down with no back light which means no screen. 

I left them the Chromebook at 11:30 am on Tuesday 23rd January, 2018, and Steve contacted me mid afternoon explaining problem. I gave go ahead to order part from Germany and it was ready for pick up on Friday 26th. Job Number 53399 assigned.

No fuss, straight forward explanation of problem and execution of repair.
