Came here to get a new battery, all worked fine until the next day when all power in the car inexplicably failed. I opened the bonnet to see that the person at kwik fit who replaced the battery had lost the securing bolt for the wire's clamp and so the wire had become detached from the battery when I went over a hump. They charge 11 quid for fitting a battery. Absolute clowns. AVOID.

Really friendly and helpful staff who were happy to accommodate sorting my tyres out quickly. I've now used this garage four times in the past year or so, and have always been happy with the service and prices. As a female driver of an allegedly girly Nissan Micra, I've often been patronised and ignored at garages but that hasn't been the case at Kwik Fit - I've felt like a valued and respected customer. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Orange tyre pressure light came on in car assumed I'd picked up a nail but turns out it was just pressure. Guy also reset the car to turn light off. And charged me nothing. Delighted.
