Giving all possible stars because of their best customer service, and opening hours which give ample time over the weekend as well to post something, i can give you one example of their good customer service probably last week i had to post an urgent document on Saturday first of all it was little late I found this post office number from google and rang them unexpectedly they picked up call just after few rings and told me they are open till 5:30 pm so went and posted my documents but once i came back home I realised that by mistake i have posted to wrong post code, it was bit late to reach back on time post office so I tried my luck and rang them again and once again they answered quickly so I explained him whole situation this is what happened, that guy was so nice he found my envelope then using post code finder he found right post and corrected for me and it was all done over the phone,

Very rude owners and unhappy staff! I really don't understand how owners can be so unprofessional to their customers. Message to the the owners: Please be nice to your customers because we pay your salary and if you can't then at least pretend. I'll never go back again.
