Royal mail, Luton Delivery Office

Worse and worse, I'm bringing the big parcel to return at 5 pm on Wednesday, the only day for weeks i could do this. On foot.... And closed. Now also at opening hours, without notification or any information. Come next time but how when all this company is useless? Unable to delivery something for many years, taking back my temperature controlled medicines all the time and keep it for weeks because it is impossible to get them. Also the brutal queues... Even if it is 2-3 in the queue I wait at least half an hour. And no change just worse.

This places opening hours are ridiculous!! Always changing without notification and the timing you find online Google or even RM website are incorrect. Wasted journeys on many occasions. The queue is always very long and the service is pretty slow. The staff are however very polite and courteous and do apologise for the delays. I don’t believe it’s down to them it’s just the lack of staff available. Hopefully the timings will help and save someone a wasted journey!

As per royalmail's website, this branch should remain open on Monday upto 2:00pm but they have their own closing time. Not helpful to customer's at all. Thanks to lazy staff.

Quiet this year, problly due to on-line sales, but great staff very helpful. Parking 80 pence for 15 mins.

Worst service in my area and worst staff at the Royal Mail officeLuton Dunstable road. They never respond or give us a respectful response very rude and I had never received any parcel from Royal Mail, instead of delivering the parcel they drop a letter to collect it from office. When I go to the office they say it’s not in the office. Worst worst disgusting service and staff.

Too long queuing to collect letter..10 customers in front of me, only one member of staff serving...i was queuing for 20 mins...need to put another member of staff on the counter.

Chasing down two parcels. I thought you could have parcels delivered directly to Post Office for collection. This is not possible for Ebay purchases using standard postage. I was given friendly advice and explanations and although disappointed at not being able to intercept my parcels before return to sender, I was grateful for the service I received today. Visited Monday between 10/11 am not busy for reference.

The service at the depot was great. They instantly were able to locate your parcel. However, watch the sting if you're collecting a parcel from an EU state. I was charged by the border force and the postal service a total of £35.60 for goods totalling £137.00. That's on top of the 20%vat. A total rip off as it would've been better not accepting the goods in the first place. Leaving the European Union was not in the interests of the ordinary person.

Lost my parcel but found it very quickly, overall happy with the service

The Pakistani/Asian man that works here is beyond rude. He has such a gross attitude and loves to inflict his misery on customers. The older gentleman that works there is always kind, courteous and well spoken. The Asian man probably has nothing else going for him but honestly, customer service is not for him. His character is beyond despicable
