Luton North Police Station

I hope things have improved since AB's audit. Very shocking behaviour.

After attending kenilworth road today my assumption of the police has changed dramatically! They have absolutely no concerns for the safety of traveling supporters! They force away fans to make a diverted route through what is like taliban head quarters and then make a journey straight through away fans! You are a complete and utter joke to your uniform. Making us walk with two young kids back to our car through a torrent of abuse from home fans. Being a former member of HMF I actually backed the police, but from this day forward I would never help the police in any way at all!! MY TRUST IN THE POLICE IS NOW LOST!!

Audit videos highlight just how poor the way that beds police handle people. Talking from personal experience they love abusing rights, jumping to conclusions and trying to incriminate people. Not all of them but shoulder number: 6474. Needs to ingest the police code of conduct. You can't take details if there is no crime or reasonable suspicion. Know the law stop trying to feed your ego. If you wanted power you should have gone into politics. Police are here to serve and protect not intimidate and restrict your rights.

I am not going to tarnish everyone in your station but for your training did you use a dummies guide to policing? because you wear a uniform doesn't mean you can talk down to people especially when there not in the wrong and understand the public have rights unless under caution or detained nothing you can do

One of the worst police department I had ever encountered. Getting paid from honest tax payers money and yet refuse to come and deal with any kind of situations, unless it is a life threatening situation.

I was promised emotional support on more than one occasion and have not received anything of the sort. I am dealing with a difficult neighbour and they haven’t done much it seems. I was told in a call that there are more important things to deal with and when I had complained, they said that they couldn’t find who’d said that which is a blatant lie. Worst policing system I have ever had to deal with.

Both Sgt. Webb & PC Allen [Badge 510] have shown they stand for discrimination and have little to no care for the ethnic minority. Even after a suspect has admitted to physical assault alongside verbal life threats to myself and my mother, the appropriate action has not been taken where the suspect has simply received a warning. I have not been given a chance to provide my own statement. How on earth could you close a case without taking a victims statement? Only now can I truly understand why this station is rated so poorly. Officers there did nothing but give me false hope and failed to get in contact with me multiple times to the point after working a 14 hour night shift in the NHS, I had to travel to Luton and wait 3 hours for contact details. Even so, when I do try to contact those numbers, I still don't hear anything back for days. At the age of 22, despite being born and raised in this country, I forgot I will always be a 2nd class citizen. This has been an example in my life to why I can never rely on the police to serve.

Waste of tax payer's money. They are the judges, the jury and sometimes feel like the executioners too. They discriminate and deny your essential needs. They are not bothered if their excessive force causes injuries or pain. Disgrace. So apparently there was arrest warrant for me. They wasted tax money all week driving to the wrong addresses, pretending to look busy or to make me look like fugitive must note, they have my home address, my work address and my phone number!!!, finally called me Sunday and I offered myself to come see them, on monday I went there earlier than agreed, spent nearly 2h sittitng as nobody knew whats happening seriously!?!?!?, then when someone showed up and was asked whats going he replied: sit and wait, we trying to help you AUDACITY!!!. Had to remind him that it is I who came to help them... well at the end of a day nobody could explain anything and I had to leave...Bravo!

The handcuffs were a perfect fit and rested comfortably on my wrists on my way to the police station. I appreciate the expertise associated with the interior design of the bully van but it could've definitely been alot more roomy and I could've swore the officer in front of me was stinking of Body Odour ! The cells weren't to bad either the toilet seemed pretty clean this time so that's a bonus I guess. 5 stars from me definitely looking forward to getting arrested again would highly recommend !!!!
