Whenever I visited Luton Borough Council, I found all the staff very helpful and pleasant. I think they are providing local community a great service, especially on reception they have wonderful & professional staff who are always willing to help. Mohammed

I do not work there. I am new to Luton. The call was quite swift. They directed me properly. The guy had impaired speech so it was hard to understand him on the phone. But he was extremely helpful and gave me all my information quickly. The only reason I gave 3 starts is because they don't have many services over the phone and I have to go to the library or email to set up my council tax if I don't have Internet connection. So that is terrible for such advanced technological advancement era.

last two occasions I visited , one for blue badge renewal and then for bus pass renewal . excellent service . thankyou very much .

Trying to get a blue badge for my 75 year old mother. Explained to the people that if any documents were not suitable then to call me as my mother is not able to deal with this. So they send my mother a letter O tell them again and they send a letter again to my mother. The application form asks how you would like them to communicate with you and I said email or phone. LBC your a joke!!!
