Occupy 3 floor large building.offers excellent government services ranging from job search and signing local people on. Well trained staff
I'm a single mum, working a part time job on barely any money, and studying. All the help I've got from these lot is look on indeed. Pathetic excuse for help, I want to start a career and they just want me off the list. Ridiculous and unacceptable
It was very good and staff of excellent and it will do I could do with more help with people with special needs like myself but obviously times are hard the security guards are well done
Clean and comfortable environment. Door staff to welcome and check credentials upon arrival. Personable staff. Prompt, punctual, efficient service.
This jobcentre has improved so much over the years. Very welcoming these days.
Well I haven't been to the actual jobcentre because I have to self isolate. But have tried to access the universal credit over phone. Loads of tasks to fill in online and I got 3 phone interviews . 2 Has been cancelled said the guy over phone trying to get hold of anyone for hours. It says nowere in my journal or to do list that it has been cancelled. And no information when I am actually going to have one appointment. I have things on my to do list but no one to answer any questions. This service needs serious update. I can understand why people who are unemployed or with problem with mental health give up. I was in tears trying to sort it out. And I have none of the problems above.
Usually very good and rarely an issue. However there have been a few times where they haven’t scanned or processed my medical notes online thus leaving me in difficult situations more than once which has often negatively impacted my already fragile health. Other than that, not an issue.
Only popped in briefly to have some documentation scanned to esa.. Asked wheather I had a appointment but as I had difficulty in getting the appointment they were kind enough to scan them without a appointment vert poliet member of staff, the whole place needs a make over but it's fine to do with :
I needed help with something and John, the shift manager was very professional and helpful. Amazing service provided. Thanks once again.
They make the cost un livable for a stay at home mum , my partner works on a weekly basis not monthly basis but apparently they are correct , unprofessional think they know better thanks for not being no help like always
