Disgusting housing association. I would give no stars. My mum has been a tenant, a brilliant tenant for nearly 28 years. They allow their housing officers, especially Ola , to phone elderly tenants and shout at them over the phone. Even though he was clearly wrong. He called and shouted at my 73 year old mother today over something he knows nothing about. The messed up thing, this isn't even the first time he has done it.
