Clearwater have been excellent throughout the process - marketing the property, tenant search, tenancy agreement and regular status updates with the results of inspections and tenancy renewals.  Response times to queries are very quick in my experience. I was a first time landlord with Clearwater and Zara and team were very supportive and took the time to help me understand the process.  Would highly recommend and will be bringing any future rental properties to them.

It's been an absolutely pleasure to have Zara and her team at Clearwater manage our properties. We have many properties within UK as well as globally and work with many lettings team. Clearwater has been top-notch amongst them all. I recommend them highly with zero reservations.

We cannot recommend Zara and her team enough.  We had previously used two different national and ‘well known’ agencies for around 6 years and had nothing but problems! We were recommended to try Clearwater and I wish we had moved to them sooner! Clearwater’s care and service is just in a different league.  Their tenant checks appear to be much more thorough, the follow up and detail at their routine inspections gives us real peace of mind the properties are being looked after and their communication is just fantastic.  Zara appears to genuinely care about what she does and this passion transfers into the quality of her service. If you are looking for a thorough, 5 star standards and committed agency then you must speak to Clearwater.
